How can I design my web pages for search engines like Google or Yahoo?

I want to give each INDIVIDUAL web page a different title, description, keywords, etc. so it has a better chance of ranking higher.

0.   If you want your pages to be easily searched as well as ranked HIGH by the search engines, it helps to to have different titles, descriptions, and keywords for each one of your web pages.

This is already built into your template by way of the "doctitle" editable region. This "doctitle" editable region is just like the BodyText editable region in that every page can have different content and accordingly every page can have it's own title, description, keywords, etc.
