You can also select via Double-Clicking on a name.

This type of Form makes use of the Postback. It gives you a clear picture of the selections as well as being able to reorder your selections. It also lists the names "Available" in Alphabetical Order, while giving you the choice to reorder the "Selected" Names to your liking.
